    Anne Stone's stall at St. George's Market on a Saturday morning is stocked with mostly 100% organic produce, including potatoes, chard, mangetout, sugar snaps, broad beans, peas, courgettes, peppery white turnips, and delicious juicy tomatoes as well as a year round supply of salad leaves. Many even make the trip to Millview Farm on the Ballydrain Road in Comber to pick–their–own vegetables.

    Step into the past with a visit to Aunt Sandra's Candy Factory and see candy making as it used to be. All candy is made by hand, some to traditional recipes over 100 years old. Since Aunt Sandra opened her little shop on the Castlereagh Road, customers have been crunching on Aunt Sandra's honeycomb, savouring her traditional fudge and rolling their eyes in delight over her chocolate macaroon cake. The little shop, and small factory at the back, attract visitors from all over Ireland and beyond.
